As an advocate, tax advisor and manager, he has gained experience in the area of business management, restructuring, transformation and privatisation. He has represented domestic and foreign investors, private equity funds, the National Capital Fund (KFK), State Treasury companies, local government bodies and the Minister of State Treasury. He has been involved in the world of LegalTech start-ups for several years. As of 2019, he has been the Chairman of the investment committee of the Satus Games fund.
He has vast knowledge of the law and business combination from different perspectives because he acted as the CEO of Polski Holding Hotelowy for several years. He took part in the “Undercover Boss” popular entertainment programme broadcast by TVP1.
He is an expert in the field of hospitality. He was the first and only Polish member of the US Global Alliance of Travel, Tourism and Hospitality Attorneys. He has worked with some of the biggest players in the industry such as Costa Coffee, Hilton, Marriott and Best Western. He is an authority on franchise agreements.
He graduated from the University of Silesia and the University of Economics in Katowice. He completed postgraduate studies in English and European Union law at the British Law Centre in Cambridge.
Privately, a keen golfer and a fan of sport in every form. His hobby is computer games, of which he is a fan both as a player and as an investor.
