Attorney-at-law for 25 years specialising in litigation related to the insurance market. As a lawyer, he has been acting for major insurance companies since 1992. Using his knowledge and experience, he has become one of the biggest authorities in the industry.
For more than a dozen years, he was a key lawyer at Sopockie Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń ERGO Hestia, where he dealt with matters related to loss adjustment and insurance agreements. He is one of the founders of the Strażeccy, Jaliński i Wspólnicy law firm, initiating the long-term development of its offer to insurers. He has worked together with the most renowned insurance companies from Poland and abroad, in particular Westa, Tuk, Polisa, Gerling, Inter Polska as well as with insurers associated with the Vienna Insurance Group. Currently, he manages the legal services for Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń i Reasekuracji Warta S.A. in Silesia.
For many years, he has been conducting training courses on insurance law dedicated to individual insurance companies. These meetings touch upon issues addressed to new employees or to those with advanced knowledge in the field of insurance.
Robert Jaliński is the author of many industry publications: articles and legal commentaries. For several years, he was a popular commentator on Radio Katowice, where he provided legal advice as part of a programme aimed at drivers.
He is an attorney-at -law and a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków. In his free time, he enjoys indulging in his passion – diving, combining his professional role as an instructor with his love of communing with nature.
