Specialises in enforcement proceedings. Supervises the receivable and liability restructuring processes. For more than 15 years, he has been successfully recovering receivables for the law firm’s clients (including insurance companies).
At the law firm, he led a team preparing legal and economic studies. He has prepared pre-privatisation analyses on behalf of the Minister of the Treasury. He conducted pre-transaction due diligence for private equity funds and the National Capital Fund (KFK).
A graduate in law from the University of Silesia. He completed postgraduate studies in Company Management at the University of Economics in Katowice and Financial Strategies of Companies at the School of Banking and Finance in Katowice. He has also participated in numerous training courses, including the 6th edition of the Sandler Selling Camp.
Privately, he has a passion for cycling.
